Team Leader + £16k-£18k Basic Package + Benefits +Market Leading Organisation + Medical Recruitment + Skipton
This is an ideal first management role for the right person. The main function is to manage a small team and to supervise and enhance the efficient operation of the Resourcing team in order to supply high quality registrations and to administer general Doctor enquiries in line with procedures. Monitor and review staff performance in line with personal objectives.
Key Result Areas:
• Weekly Passover rate review with Enquiry Officers • Monitoring of Staff and their passovers and identification of all sources. • Ensure flexibility maintained with Managers of regional areas • Close liaison with Candidate Attraction Manager & Marketing Team regarding candidate requirements across the business • Ensure all Enquiry Officers work within procedures and SLA • Problem solving*trouble shooting • Dealing appropriately with health statements declaring Fitness to Practice and Criminal Convictions. • Informing Managers of any declarations when passing file out • Monitoring and contacting new registrations and web registrations on a daily basis • Maintaining absence and sickness records • Authorising staff holiday requirements and holiday cover • Liasing with Operations Manager, Client Managers and Placement Managers on weekly basis • Attendance at branch*company meetings as and when required to review performance • Conduct PDR`s and 1-2-1`s & evaluate KPI`s setting a path for development • Generate statistical information e.g. re- registration, pass over figures and update spreadsheet every Monday morning
You will come from an open background, having experience within a customer service, sales or recruitment background will be of an advantage.You could be looking to take that next step into your first management role. You will be creative, innovative and have good analytical skills. You will be able to multi task whilst managing large volumes of work under pressure. You will have a strong desire and possess natural ability to lead,coach and inspire people around you.
